1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kedarnath Royal Expeditions, we strive to provide flexible options. However, due to the high demand for helicopter slots, the following charges apply if you cancel:

30 Days or more before travel: 10% deduction (Processing Fee).
15 to 29 Days before travel: 25% deduction.
7 to 14 Days before travel: 50% deduction.
Less than 7 Days: No Refund (100% Charge).

2. Weather & Force Majeure Policy

Crucial for Helicopter Yatris:

Himalayan weather is unpredictable. If the helicopter service is cancelled by the aviation authorities due to bad weather or technical issues:

Full Refund: You will receive a refund for the unutilized flying sector (minus standard royalties/taxes levied by the Govt).
Priority Carry Forward: Alternatively, we will try to accommodate you on the next available flight slot on a priority basis (subject to availability).
Hotel & Road Expenses: Any extra hotel stay or road transport required due to weather delays will be borne by the customer directly.

3. Payment Terms

To secure your booking (especially for Char Dham Heli), an advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared 15 days prior to the journey date.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal documents (Aadhar/Passport) collected for biometric registration and helipad entry are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your data with any third-party marketing agencies.
